By downloading, installing, or using GigBill ("the app"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app.
GigBill is a mobile application for iOS that allows freelance audio-visual technicians and related professionals to create, manage, and send invoices. The app generates PDF invoices and facilitates sending them via email.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter into GigBill, including but not limited to invoice amounts, rates, hours worked, client information, and personal details. GigBill is a tool for creating invoices — it does not provide accounting, tax, or legal advice.
You are responsible for maintaining copies of your invoices and any records required for tax or legal purposes. GigBill stores data locally on your device and does not maintain backups on external servers.
GigBill offers a free tier and an optional paid subscription ("GigBill Pro"). Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions for in-app purchases. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings.
Prices are in U.S. dollars and may vary by region. We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable notice.
GigBill, including its design, code, interface, and branding, is the intellectual property of GigBill LLC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the app or any part of it.
The invoices you create using GigBill are your property. We claim no ownership over the content you generate.
GigBill is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. GigBill LLC shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the app, including but not limited to lost revenue, data loss, or inaccurate invoices.
GigBill does not guarantee that invoices generated by the app will satisfy the requirements of any particular employer, tax authority, or regulatory body. Consult a qualified professional for accounting and tax advice.
Your use of GigBill is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle (and do not collect) your data.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the app at any time if you violate these terms. You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it from your device.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
