GigBill ("we," "our," or "the app") is an invoice tool for freelance audio-visual technicians. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data GigBill collects and how it is used.
GigBill stores all invoice data, job information, client details, and personal profile information locally on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store any of your data on external servers.
We do not use analytics, tracking, cookies, or advertising SDKs. We do not collect your name, email, location, or any personally identifiable information.
The information you enter into GigBill — including your name, address, email, company contacts, job details, and invoice amounts — is stored exclusively on your iPhone or iPad using on-device storage. This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly choose to share it (e.g., by emailing an invoice).
When you use GigBill to send an invoice via email, the app opens your device's native email client (Apple Mail or the iOS share sheet). GigBill does not send emails through its own servers. The email is sent through your personal email account.
GigBill does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or data collection services. If you subscribe to GigBill Pro, the transaction is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not process or store payment information.
Your data is protected by the security features built into iOS, including device encryption and app sandboxing. We do not have access to your data at any time.
GigBill is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
If we update this privacy policy, the revised version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
